October in the twin cities = twin cities marathon! This year we did the 1/2 mile event 😀 and got all the goodies - snacks, medals, lots of sweat from the unseasonably hot weekend. (The full marathon was cancelled!) Next year we're aiming for the 1 mile and 5k!

Halloween in the new neighborhood turned out to be pretty awesome: apparently everyone on the block with children takes to the streets together, and people actually open their doors to us! We're thankful for all the forms of God's kindness to us in this new place.
